S-February 07, 2023 - From the first time I stepped into the lobby of the Cancer Treatment Center of America this day, for my appointment with Dr Mahafsan, I slowly developed this warm feeling that lifted the fear of possibly having cancer.  All of the staff members I happened to notice were smiling back at me, like they knew me, and or were happy to be a part of a wonderful team that would help me. Then I went to the registration desk and was greeted by Deisha, who should be on a Welcome poster.  After a few check-ins, Deisha never again asked my name, she knew me, which happened during the 16 months of too many appointments, mostly fighting cancer.

June 2024

S-June 03, 2024 - Urgent Care - Patient was prescribed doxycycline and prednisone Friday by pulmonary provider Dr. Zgoda, patient reports that he started taking it, but is not feeling better. He arrived at ETC today with complaints of shortness of breath, productive cough with "coughing fits", and weakness/fatigue. Patient states these symptoms started approximately 2 weeks ago, and he feels like he should be improving by now. He reports coughing up greenish yellow tinged sputum, that was dark clots a couple weeks ago. He denies any recent hemoptysis. 

S-June 10, 2024 - I wrote a 5 star rating review. This is Diasha, receptionist, who always greets me with Hi Sandy, how are you?

Medical Notes: You saw Michael Zgoda, MD on Monday June 10, 2024. The following issues were addressed: Acute bronchitis, Pneumonia due to coronavirus disease 2019 (CODE), and Dyspnea on exertion.

S- June 5, 2024

Kevin and Michele arrived safely, we went to breakfast at “Eagle’s Nest”, our favorite restaurant here at PebbleCreek Golf Resort.  The food is very good and the view is fabulous.

When Gary was leaving, I said “I Love You Gary”, and for the first time in our friendship he said “Love You Too”.
