Dreams - Georgia & Baker

3 Week Vacation to visit family in North Bend, Washington 8/25 - 9/16/26

We stayed with Kalyn, Garrett and Georgia in their beautiful home on the Snoqualmie river with a great view of Mount Si. It was so quiet and peaceful, with dear roaming through both the back and front yards, and a herd of Elk near by. Many of the days and nights were spent with Michele, Kevin, Emily, Baker and Rory. We enjoyed every day and can't wait to go back next Summer.

Georgia and I spent lots of time making movies. She would come and spend a minute or so as Director giving me her ideas, and off she went for a while, only to return a short while later, saying let me see what you did PaPa Sandy. Most of the time she needed to watch the Dracula movies, and those were a real challenge due to child care regulations. Fire Ball wasn't too hard.

Dream Dracula was a real challenge to get it done the way Miss Georgia wanted it. The program did not like us saying we want to take Dracula to Jail for some reason. So, we had to say lock him up and use a caracter called "Sid". The program would not let us use the name Sid, so we called him "Mean Boy", and all was good for Georgia.

Moon Walk Dream took the most time, and I think you will see why. My learning curve drove my creativity and caused many edits along the way to and back from the moon.  It all started with Georgia coloring a mummy.

Somehow, I came up with the idea of finding the mummy on the moon. Crazy, but Georgia liked the idea, so we began writing script, and adding mummies, Pink Gummy, Blue Bummy and Brown Dummy, who Georgia insisted needed a bow tie. Fun stuff that took on a life of it's own, as you will see in the movie below.

Georgia and I just put this one together for fun.

We had dinner at Emily and Mason's home near by and finally had a chance to show it to Baker and the family on the big screen. Baker was very surprised and liked it. Everyone congradulated us for our production.
